We'd overlooked this hotel and restaurant on our visits to Samoens over the years, even though we've been coming most years since 2015. Big mistake. We ate there on our recent ski trip, and the food was delicious, the service excellent and the prices very reasonable. We'd definitely eat there again, and we'd stay too. It's a beautiful hotel.

My wife and I stayed in their suite during a bicycling trip in the French Alps. It was an incredible place for the adventure. There's a safe spot to store your bike, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and updated, and the sauna and pool are great. Breakfast was amazing, with a do-it-yourself feel that added to the experience. Even a rainy day is fun at this hotel.

The hotel has a beautiful chalet style, comfortable, well-sized rooms, and very friendly, helpful staff. It's in a great spot in the village, with a ski bus stop right outside. After a big day on the hill, the jacuzzi and steam room are a fantastic way to unwind. A good choice for families or couples.

We stayed at this lovely family hotel for four nights, 11.7.23-15.7.23, as a couple with two kids aged 13 and 17, and had the best time. Our room was clean and had a great view from the balcony. The staff were very hospitable and gave us good service and information. Breakfast was excellent and worth the 18 euros we paid. We all made use of the facilities: the indoor pool with its crazy slide, the warm outdoor pool, spa, sauna and tennis court. The hotel is within walking distance of the town centre in Samoëns. The location, facilities and staff made a perfect combination.

We stopped in Samoëns while hiking part of the GR5 trail, and Chalet-Hôtel Neige et Roc was far beyond what we expected. The welcome was warm, the service brilliant and the stay exceptionally comfortable, with a lovely touch of sophistication. Thank you for going above and beyond.
