We couldn't try the restaurant, though its menu and setting looked really promising. Our hosts were kind and helpful, the room was nice and breakfast was great. Everything was a 5-10 minute stroll away thanks to the central location. Had a great weekend at Le Cep, would definitely recommend.

For nearly two weeks at Le Cep en Sancerrois, it really felt like a home away from home. Philippe and Gisele were incredibly hospitable and took time to make sure I had what I needed. My suite was spacious, very clean and so comfortable. Breakfast was delightful each day, with homemade bread, specialty muesli, jams, yoghurt, goats cheese and some of the nicest coffee I've had in France. A wonderful place to stay in Sancerre or the surrounding region. Merci bien Philippe et Gisele.
