The room had a bathroom big enough, and there was hot water around the clock. I slept well too, the bed and pillows were comfortable. I was on my own in a standard room with a queen bed and a bunk bed. It felt fine for one person, but cramped for two or three. There was an odd connecting door to the room next door, and it couldn’t be locked. Luckily, my friend was staying there, otherwise I wouldn’t have felt at ease. Breakfast began at 6:30 on weekdays and 7:00 on weekends. The rooms, especially those by the car park, could use better sound insulation.

We had to keep asking staff to top up the breakfast items, since nobody seemed to be checking. Staff also gave us different answers about the facilities. One said there was no left luggage, then another tried to charge us for late checkout when we left our bags in the left luggage room. As a budget hotel it was generally okay, but food options were limited. The hotel says it offers an evening meal, though there wasn’t one.

There were bugs in the bed, and the room’s air conditioning was broken.
