Les sables

We arrived to find someone already in our room, despite having called to reserve and clearly asked for a ground-floor room with no stairs, which the owner had agreed to. Instead, we got the opposite, along with explanations that were only somewhat convincing. The place looked charming, but the host was much less pleasant when we complained. We had to find somewhere to stay in Roscoff at 5 pm, which was no easy task. Those glowing reviews can hide the unpleasant surprises other travelers have run into. No hard feelings.

We could cook the fish we’d caught in the shared kitchen, which had equipment from the owners. Our room was spotless and well arranged, with a refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker, and more. Breakfast came with a smile and included quality ingredients, homemade crepes, and cakes. For the price, it met our expectations. One of the best bed and breakfasts we’ve stayed in, with kind hosts and great service. Nothing to complain about.

The breakfast was enormous, with so many options that tasting everything felt impossible. We especially enjoyed the French toast with fruit. The room was spacious and functional, and the owners were welcoming and friendly. We travel a lot and stay in bed and breakfasts, and this one is the best. Véronique, the owner, is happy to suggest local walks. Madeleine and Pierre Yvin

The sea was just a stone’s throw away, and the room had everything we needed. Our hostess was very friendly and gave us a warm welcome. Breakfast changed dramatically each day and was a great way to try Breton specialties. Thanks again for the stay, I highly recommend it.
