The staff were really welcoming, and the hotel itself is modern, comfortable, and nicely basic. The furniture, though, is worn and marked. Breakfast costs only 11 euros, but it’s all industrial food, even the frozen bread and pastries the staff warm up. In April there was no air conditioning, and the room was far too hot to sleep in even with the ventilation off. I had to open the window, but noise from the busy road kept me awake. I’d only return if proper air conditioning were available in the room at all times.

We stopped here while travelling across France from west to east. The location worked well, with lots of places to eat just a short drive away, and the staff were very friendly. I’d gladly stay again.

The room was basic but nice, and the staff gave us a warm welcome. They were friendly and seemed keen to help. Dogs are allowed for an extra €10 per night. The fenced parking area is monitored, though getting into it is awkward: the entrance comes off the walkway just before the traffic light. It’s also tight to manoeuvre in, especially in a long or large vehicle. The hotel isn’t ideally placed for walking to shops or other services, despite being near a commercial area, and the walk there isn’t very good. At night, some unpleasant people in the neighbouring building were shouting and acting intimidating.

The room had a little damage, but nothing serious, and it was clean. Staff were friendly and spoke good English. Parking was a bit cramped, though I had a good stay.
