I asked for a tender cut when I bought some steaks, along with a few other things, and they really delivered. Such a treat! 😄👍

The smiles, the care in the preparation, and the skill were all top-notch. Everything tasted great, and the black pudding was the best I’ve ever had. We really need more artisans of this caliber. This is truly excellent French preparation. If you’re at the Thiviers market, don’t miss it, and get there early!

There’s real flavor and the quality is very good. The cold meats are a delight, especially the jarred rillettes I bought this morning. Lamb chops are my guilty pleasure, and the chipolatas are a treat too. The kindness and friendliness are there as well.
