We hadn’t booked, but luck was with us. Lucas was an amazing host, spoke really good English, and gave us a private tour and tasting. We ended up buying quite a few of the great wines on offer.

The landscape and atmosphere made this visit feel magical, though it’s hard to put into words. I’ve visited wineries before, but this was a special one for me. You could feel the dream and passion behind it, from the wine expert to the owner, who cares deeply about making great organic wines. Merci!

The kids had a few toys to play with, which gave us some peace to taste the wines. Great tour, and Rahul was lovely.

All the wines we tried were delicious, and Marjorie was so kind, warm and informative. She explained the wines, the winery’s approach to making them, and all the work that goes on through the year to get such quality. A must visit!

The little château is stunning, and the wine is very good. I biked past without any notice and still got a wonderful welcome, including a personal tour of the 17th-century cellars.
