Maison Gaspard - Suites et appartements de charme à Saumur

The apartment was clean, well equipped, and had very comfortable beds, plenty of room to live in, and enough utensils to cook and eat in. It's in a great spot just off the main square, with good security and free parking an easy walk away. Check-in was straightforward, and Simon was responsive and had every detail covered. Saumur is a favorite destination too. Highly recommended.

We were looking for breakfast and, with no space outside, I went in to ask if there was room indoors. The waitress, who I guess was the owner, gave me a dirty look and walked straight past me outside without acknowledging me. I was astonished. When I went back out, she passed me again without saying anything or even looking my way. Terrible hospitality. We went around the corner to But First, Coffee, where they were super friendly and the food was delicious. Awful experience. You should be ashamed of yourself!

So glad we stopped for a light lunch. We got a warm, friendly welcome and great service. The Croque Marcel and Quiche aux Legumes Grilles were both delicious and freshly made. We'd absolutely come in again. Merci from Anne & Philip.

We loved our stay at Maison Gaspard. Stephanie and Olivier were so welcoming, and the breakfasts were delicious and generous. The location beside the old market place was perfect. The rooms were charming, with refined design and lovely colors, the beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Huge thanks, we'll certainly be back!
