We left very early, and the service was still really helpful. The beds and rooms were good, and there’s a bike shed for secure parking. Breakfast was decent, though I’d have given the service five stars if we’d gotten the fried eggs. We left something behind, and they’ll send it to us. All in all, a good stay.

We always stay here when we’re in the area or passing through. The staff are as good as I’ve experienced, and the food is top-notch. It’s an excellent base for Saumur and the Loire Chateaux.

The room was a little small, but spotlessly clean, with a very nice en-suite bathroom. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fabulous, with a great choice of breads and pastries, and we really enjoyed the evening menu. It’s a good spot for exploring Saumur and the surrounding area.

The restaurant was spectacular, and we had a fantastic stay. Rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely be back. Thanks to everyone on the team!

We’ve stayed at this very friendly hotel several times because it’s a convenient stop on our drive down to the Dordogne. The rooms are comfortable, quiet and cool, with a very good bathroom and an excellent shower. Service and the welcome are exceptional, and the restaurant food is good and fairly priced. Try the plat du jour. We highly recommend it.
