We felt rested and re-energized each morning, thanks in part to the great bedding. The room was quiet, comfortable and clean, with thoughtful extras like an overbed table. The whole place stayed neat and clean throughout the day. The breakfast buffet was fresh and tasty, and the team serving it were friendly, helpful and fun. Special thanks to the very kind room service lady, and bravo to the professional, cool reception staff. The team at Ibis Styles Saumur deserve a big thank you. This Ibis Styles really is stylish, comfortable and reliable, with a lovely French feel. The reasonable price includes breakfast, unlike low-cost places where comfort extras cost more. I’ll certainly come back.

Lisa, the bar expert from Ireland, was great too. We had a really good stay, and Salim, the night manager, was brilliant, helpful, fun and accommodating. I’d give him seven stars if I could!

We could walk to the restaurant district for dinner and wine, and also reach attractions like the tank museum and the Chateau on foot. Since we didn’t know Saumur, we especially appreciated the safe, secure parking just behind the hotel, and felt the reasonable fee was well worth it. The room was clean, the shower hot, the WiFi worked, and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The secure car park worked well for us, and we’d reserved it in advance. The station is right opposite, and it’s an easy walk into the main town. We had connecting rooms for the family, which was really good. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was what we expected at Ibis Styles. Staff were excellent, friendly and efficient.

The hotel is quiet and clean, with lovely staff, good-sized rooms and useful storage. It looks and feels nice, and the cat is a cute extra. The town is about 20 minutes away, while the train station is just a minute away for travelling.
