Mornings felt cramped and chaotic because there wasn't enough room to sit or move around comfortably. There seems to be space available, but the breakfast area is arranged in a way that squeezes everyone together, so people have to push past one another to reach things. Breakfast was not a comfortable experience.

The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, and breakfast was enjoyable even when the dining room filled up. They kept replenishing the food as it ran low, and the selection felt thoughtfully put together. The hotel is also very well connected by tram. I expected noise from the nearby tracks, but the windows insulate well and the air conditioning works excellently.

We slept well on the second floor, overlooking the street behind the hotel, as it was quiet at night. The hotel is a minute's walk from the Futura Glacier Line B tram stop, and Petit France is about 20 minutes away. There's free street parking on the main road in front. Breakfast had a great range of fruit, cheese and ham, plus hot food including pancakes. The friendly staff took time to answer our questions, and the free chilled water for refilling bottles was a nice bonus.

Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable, but the room was bare, to say the least. There was no refrigerator, safe, pen or paper, and reception couldn't provide a shaving kit when I asked. Breakfast had some good items, but there wasn't much variety.

The rooms are a bit small for anyone with accessibility needs, and the toilets are very low. Aside from that, the staff are fantastic and do everything they can to help. The location works really well for both the city and the conference centre. Breakfast has a good selection, is regularly replenished, and is served during very convenient hours.
