The dust was everywhere, and the rooms were poorly equipped. Some parts of the ceilings were under 80 cm, too. After three days here, I can say this was one of the worst stays I've had, despite having traveled a lot and stayed in many kinds of hotels and apartments. The cleaning was so bad they should be ashamed of it. They also charged me extra money for a down payment, even though I'd already paid for the stay in advance. I've been waiting a month for the money to be returned, and I'm going to start a lawsuit over it. This is outrageous. They're thieves and small-time pickpockets, so think twice before booking.

We canceled our stay, so I can't say much about the apartments. The host was rude and unhelpful, the booking fee was expensive and had to be paid up front, and parking was costly. After my bad review was posted, the host tried to threaten me into taking it down.

We tried every way we could to correct a booking error about the number of guests. We weren't over the capacity of either apartment, but the managers wouldn't answer the phone and would only communicate by text. After many exchanges that made us think the issue would be sorted out, we got a call from the booking platform just a few days before our stay was due to begin. At the managers' request, both reservations were canceled in full, with no explanation. Appalling experience renting two apartments here.

Parking in the neighborhood is the hard part. The studio is small but cozy, with nice decor, and sits in a very quiet courtyard. Tram lines nearby make it easy to get to Strasbourg city center.
