Clemara Evasion

The apartment was lovely and quiet for my eight-day work trip, just as advertised. The view was beautiful, it was clean, and the welcome was warm. Sarah was thoughtful about offering coffee and bottled water, and the homemade breakfasts were excellent every morning. The sheets, though, weren’t changed during my stay, so I spent eight days sweating in them despite showering twice a day. No comment. The real shock came at checkout: I was charged an extra €59 for breakfast. They said the package only covered one coffee and no water, even though breakfast costs €25. I hadn’t been told about the extra charge, and couldn’t find it mentioned on any of the websites I checked. It felt disrespectful and left me feeling ripped off. It ruined the stay for me, and I’ll choose a hotel for my next trips. I don’t recommend these business practices.
