Spacious, clean, comfortable rooms and a good breakfast. We had a lovely meal in the restaurant, and the staff made us feel very welcome. We also found free parking in a nearby square. Recommended.

8/10
We had a family room with four beds, plenty of towels, and it was clean. The air conditioning didn’t work, but they provided fans. The hotel is centrally located, with free parking on a nearby street. We had a lovely, reasonably priced dinner at the hotel, and the château next door was very well laid out.

The room and bathroom were clean, with plenty of towels, and they also provided a baby bed. Breakfast was good. We stayed one night as a family of five and had a mezzanine room. The air conditioning wasn’t working, so upstairs got quite warm, and the fans they provided couldn’t keep up.

We had lunch with our family of 11 at a large table. The traditional French food was excellent.

10/10
The manager was especially kind. He let us leave our bags in a secure place for the day and stayed past normal hours so we could finish a conference call in the lobby. The hotel is two minutes from the fortress, and the spacious rooms were exactly as advertised. It was perfect for our stay.
