Les Jardins de Beauval

The buffet was fine, with enough choice for most guests, especially families, though it wasn’t gourmet dining. The hotel itself is beautiful and well maintained, with lush, exotic surroundings that fit the zoo theme and make it feel like a wildlife adventure before you even enter the zoo. Staff were friendly, helpful, and professional all the way from check-in to check-out. The food was average, but the atmosphere and service made up for it. I’d happily stay at Le Jardin de Beauval again when visiting the ZooParc de Beauval.

A lovely place to relax, with gardens well worth a stroll avec ton beau. The restaurant is delicious, too. They’re incredibly accommodating to foreigners, and most employees speak enough English to make for a wonderful visit if you’re patient.

The location is perfect for the kids, and the hotel works for one night, no more. We waited 35 minutes for water at the restaurant, and there was no service. The wine and food were poor quality. The restaurant cost 29 EUR without wine, though its real value is 15 EUR at most. The FF&E is also law and very basic quality. You’re paying for the perfect location, and it’s really overpriced.

We loved our stay, the food, and the service. This was the best experience I’ve ever had, and the hotel staff were the best I’ve ever seen, so supportive and cooperative. I’d like to thank them from the bottom of my heart, especially the two people at reception. We were new to the area and couldn’t find a cab, but the receptionist helped us a lot. Thanks as well to the person who drove us to the station. We were very happy with the service.
