Première Classe Metz Nord - Sémécourt

The service was awful, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here even for one night. We didn’t expect luxury, but our room was dirty, the linen was dirty too, and there were cigarette pieces on the floor. Breakfast was another problem: a group of 50 people were left hungry. They scheduled service from 7 to 7:20 for 20 people, then 7:20 to 7:40 for another 20. When we arrived, a different group was there and there was almost no food. Staff said this was common practice and that it was okay if people didn’t get any. Why charge for breakfast if there isn’t enough food, especially when they know how many guests are coming?

The photos are all photoshop, nothing like what you actually get. The rooms were dirty, had cigarette burn holes, and smelled of smoke. It was disgusting. I’d rather sleep outside by a bush than ever stay here again. DO NOT COME!

For the price, it was relatively cheap compared with other hotels, and I had a generally positive experience. Breakfast was basic but good: rolls with only honey, jam and peanut butter, but the coffee was great and the orange juice tasty.

You can get some sleep and continue your trip the next day, but don’t expect much for this price. There was a bit of a stink, and the shower was coming away from the wall. I’d skip breakfast, it really isn’t worth it. Even if you like sweet things in the morning, the products are the cheapest, and it’s just jam, yoghurt and bread.
