We booked the Oasis apartment in the heart of Sens for the night of December 7th to 8th, 2023, and found it very dirty when we arrived. We told the owner straight away. The concierge service offered to send the cleaners back, but we were uncomfortable with the apartment's condition and asked to cancel. We left, found another place for the night at greater expense, and didn't use the apartment. For over three months we've been asking for a refund of the stay, which was less than €70. The concierge service never apologized for ruining our evening in Sens and claimed in bad faith that we hadn't reported the problem on arrival, which isn't true. My last email still hasn't been answered. I'm extremely dissatisfied and want a full refund, which is entirely justified by the state of the apartment. I took photos and sent them to the concierge service to support my complaint. Avoid this place at all costs. Anything but an Oasis!

The apartment was nicely equipped and tastefully decorated, with a lovely terrace. We got a warm welcome, and the service and accommodation were far better than we expected. We had a very pleasant stay and would highly recommend it.

Whenever I need to come to Sens, Alex is my go-to for a place to stay. His apartments are always a pleasure, and he's a friendly, responsive host who goes the extra mile for his guests. I highly recommend him!

The location is ideal, and everything is very clean with all the comforts you'd want. This little haven of peace is a real pleasure to stay in, and I'd happily come back. I highly recommend it, though I hope it'll still be available during my many stays in Paris 😊

The owner gave us a very warm welcome, and the apartment was ideally located with everything close by. We had a wonderful stay and will be back.
