The staff are the main reason I'd recommend this hotel in Sens. Check-in was lovely: after a long day driving they offered me a drink, a map, and advice on what to do around town. They made me feel like they'd try to accommodate any request. Later, I realized I'd left a folder of sentimental documents in Sens. The hotel called, but I was already a few hours down the road with appointments to get to. They arranged to send the documents to Paris at their expense, using express delivery so they'd reach me in time. That was truly above and beyond. My comfort room was huge, clean, and well laid out, breakfast was very good, and parking was easy. I can't recommend this hotel enough for a visit to Sens.
10/10
Good value for money, and it worked really well as a stopover. The staff were sweet, the parking was good, and the rooms were clean and very quiet. It's also close to the city centre.
10/10
Restaurants, the cathedral, shops, and other attractions are all easy to get to from this hotel, which is close to the city center. The rooms are small and cozy, with the usual amenities. Staff are friendly and always happy to help or offer advice.

The manager even drove us to the train station, and the staff were kind, efficient, and incredibly helpful throughout our wedding weekend. There were a lot of us, probably enough to fill the whole hotel, but they handled it so well. Our room was spacious and clean, and the location made it easy to walk into town or along the river. The price was very reasonable too.
10/10
The breakfast was tasty and had a good variety, and the hotel is in a nice central spot. Our room was clean and very nice, with a comfortable bed and a large bathroom with a rain shower. The staff were polite and accommodating. I accidentally damaged an item because of my own carelessness, but the hotel's kindness meant I didn't have to pay for it. I can definitely recommend the Hotel truly.
