Valinco Village has a gorgeous setting and really friendly staff. We love it here. There's a private beach, a pool, and a cozy bar and restaurant, with a great feel to the place. Just know it's not for you if you're after a luxury hotel. For us, a bed and shower at night are enough.

You barely spend any time in the room when the beach is only a few steps away, so the small rooms without AC weren't a problem for us. The pool, bar, and restaurant are wonderful, and everyone is very nice. Definitely recommend!

The mattresses are horrible, there's no air conditioning, and you can hear everything. The table and chairs on the front porch are there, but the table is falling apart. They were meant to replace the towels daily, but sometimes they skipped a couple of houses, or rooms, as I'd call them. The Wi-Fi is really bad too. The username and password were supposed to work for the month I chose, but mine stopped after two days. I'm never coming back.
