Chambre D'hôtes Domaine Pero Longo

The pitches are shady and the atmosphere is really relaxed. It's a lovely vineyard with a camping area, plus a nice pool and a good restaurant. The toilets were clean, and the Wi-Fi around the restaurant was fast and free.

The gate was open, so we left the car and went in after seeing the roadside signs advertising wine and local products. A woman stopped us while she was eating and drinking at a table, asked what we wanted, then told us to come back at 3 pm for wine. It was only noon. The attitude was very poor. If they don't want visitors, they shouldn't advertise and should keep the gate shut.

We stayed in the camping area, which was okay, though it's not really suited to big campers. Ours was 6.30 m long and 3 m high, right at the limit. The pool was lovely, and we had a good dinner with nice Rosé wine at a really good price.

The mountain view was the one bright spot during our night here. Most of the campground was dirt, and we could only use one sink for washing dishes. We also thought the rate was pretty steep, the most expensive campsite we came across in Corsica.
