We enjoyed the pool and walks through nearby villages during our stay near Carcassonne and Lagrasse. The countryside setting was beautiful and peaceful, and the house had comfortable, clean rooms where we slept very well. Peter made delicious breakfasts each morning. We felt so at home that we extended our visit, though it was still hard to leave. A real countryside gem for families or solo travelers.

Peter welcomed us warmly. The B&B has a somewhat dated feel, and the rooms could be a bit larger. The bathroom and shower could also use a more modern look. Breakfast was fine for French standards, and the price for what you get is acceptable.

We finished our stay lounging by the pool, which was pure bliss ✨. This is such a peaceful, lovely place among the old stones. Our host agreed to welcome us late and offered us lovely glasses of rosé. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious and spotless. By morning, a generous breakfast was beautifully laid out 🌼.

We spent one night here with my daughter while following the Abbey Trail. Peter was a wonderful host, welcoming and helpful, and he really went out of his way for us. We had such an enjoyable, friendly dinner together. Thanks, Peter!
