There’s a small spa in the same building, plus an excellent restaurant at the hotel just a few minutes’ walk away. Otherwise, it’s all nature, a little stream, and complete quiet. This charming place is tucked away at the end of the road, with very friendly hosts and comfortable, clean rooms that have recently been renovated. Each room has its own character. The host is an easygoing guy with plenty of stories. When booking through Google, check that you’ve chosen the right place.

A magical little place surrounded by pure nature, and Jack has clearly put a lot into renovating it. He was a fantastic host and even served breakfast himself in the morning. Such an amazing hidden gem :)

Jacques, the owner, is incredibly kind. It’s a peaceful spot where you can relax and recharge, and a great base for exploring the area, from Pau to all the nearby hikes.

A weekend here feels like stepping out of time, with attentive hosts and so much history around you. The hot and cold baths are magical, and the massages are wonderfully relaxing. I left feeling recharged. Don’t miss it!
