Breakfast was delicious, and it was fun to pull it up to the tree house. The place itself is really cool and cosy, with a good mattress, a stove, and plenty of windows for looking out at the surroundings. Getting there over the rope bridge was fun too. I stayed one night in Lisière. A few things could’ve been better: the email said check-in was between 5 and 6.30pm, but the receptionist thought it started at 5.30, so we had to wait. There’s no water point, and the sinks by the showers only run hot, so we ended up refilling at the camping. We also weren’t told when breakfast would arrive. It turned out to be 8.30am, a bit late when you’re up with the sun at 6.30 :D. Still, I’d definitely recommend the place :D

The idea behind La Lisière is lovely, and with a few small changes it could be a great place. As it is, though, it’s too expensive for what you get. The cabins need a proper clean. I know that keeping a tree cabin clean can’t be easy, but they could put in a bit more effort. The website photos are very misleading, and the showers are in a dark basement and need cleaning too. Staff were hardly available, and check-in is only between 6PM and 7PM. We stayed one night.

A very nice place to eat sausage. The menu only included one sausage, unfortunately, but the woman in the kitchen was friendly and happy to serve us more.

We had a great time in the tree-top houses and on the high ropes course. The team were really friendly and helpful.

A really nice place for kids, young and old, to climb among the trees. There are different levels for new and experienced climbers.
