Hejmo kept our kids happy with things like bouldering, an escape game, a playground, table tennis, shopping, and running, while the whole complex stayed peaceful and uncrowded. There are also lots of places to eat in the complex, including at breakfast; we tried a few and the food was consistently good. The restaurant was very good too, and breakfast came in two good value options, a small one for 5 eur or a buffet for 12. Staff were all so kind and welcoming, and prices felt fair. The place has real style and character, with hotel and hostel rooms, terraces, a pool, bar, restaurant, and board games. We rented sturdy, good quality bikes for the beach, about a 20-minute ride mostly on a flat bike lane.

The food was a highlight, with top quality local products and something for everyone, plus a great cocktail selection. It's a little farther from the shore than some places, but you can rent decent bikes for a fair price and reach the ocean or lake with a short ride. The heated pool is lovely, and the rooftop and terraces sit among the trees. The place is brand new, the bedding is excellent, and the linen was pristine. I slept like a baby during our three nights. Great value for the area.

The hostel was clean, comfortable, and run by nice people. We spent most of the day out, coming back for lunch and sleep, and it worked perfectly for us. With a car, getting to the nearby beaches is easy, though biking is an option too.

A beautiful view and different events to join, plus all the basics are well covered. The bathrooms are clean and spacious, the shared kitchen is large and nice, and there are big lockers. Beds have enough room for tall people, and each one comes with a curtain, power socket, and night light. Everything feels brand new.

I stopped in for coffee and got a bit of work done, and met a friendly guy there doing the same. The Hejmo team has made a really nice place, and the interior design looks very stylish.
