A good-value, basic place to stay for a short getaway. The location made it easy to get to Hossegor, the lake, and the sea.

It was clean enough, and they did help us with the luggage issues. Still, staff were a bit difficult to find when we needed information.

The place has a great location and potential, but the apartment was dirty. Even the towels were damp and hadn't been washed. It needs basic care and maintenance.

We booked through a Wonderbox voucher for September 26th to 28th. The reception staff welcomed us warmly, but the parking lot didn't have space for all the residence's vehicles. Inside, we found a broken shutter, which left us without power for the weekend, a dirty apartment, and exposed screws near the bed that seemed like a safety issue. We called reception at 5:50 PM and were told no one could repair the shutter until the next day, and there wasn't another apartment available. We chose to leave. Since nobody offered a solution, we contacted our legal insurance to seek compensation. We're very disappointed with the service and, based on the photos, strongly advise against staying here.
