The studio was small but clean and had enough equipment, with a surprisingly roomy bathroom. Resasol were excellent to deal with, thanks, ladies! The location is fantastic, very close to the beach, with private parking and plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. That does mean weekend noise. There are also some problems. The ground-floor balconies are so low that people walking through the parking area can see straight into the studios. The restaurant's external cooling units, right by the back of the building, run all day and night, and when the wind is blowing the wrong way, smoke from the pizza oven chimney drifts over the balconies. The worst issue is the Wi-Fi: it's extremely slow and unreliable. If you need it for work or anything else, don't stay here. I've had better Wi-Fi in third-world countries. Resasol, catch up with the times!

The apartment and shared areas were clean when we arrived, and both the entrance and parking are secure. It's a beautiful apartment with all the comforts. The only drawback was the noise from the shutters at night when it was windy.

The location is the apartment's one real plus. Wi-Fi failed despite several attempts, leaving us with no signal at all, which was a disaster. The sofa bed was horribly uncomfortable and had a broken slat; there were no sheets, pillowcase, or shower towel either. It was terribly hot inside, and cleaning was almost impossible because the closet used as a laundry area was flooded when we arrived. At night, people hung around the parking lot and made noise around 2 or 3 a.m. Not recommended at all.

I can't wait to get home and finally rest. The apartment was incredibly noisy at night, and sleep was impossible until 6 a.m. It wasn't clean and was missing basics like salt, pepper, and paper towels. The air conditioning barely helped: it's only in the living room and doesn't cool the bedrooms on the other side of the apartment.
