Dinner came with easy, warm conversation, and the cooking was a real treat. We stayed two nights over Easter in this quiet little haven. Marie Hélène led a thorough but relaxed cooking class, while Paul added lovely touches with sushi and homemade cocktails at aperitif time. Our hosts made us feel very welcome, and the rooms were roomy and comfortable.

I stayed a month for work and soon felt at home, welcomed like a friend. Sharing the communal table was a pleasure, and the meals really take you on a culinary journey. The place feels calm, friendly, and authentic, with comfortable rooms and a very restful relaxation area. Marie Hélène and Paul are spontaneous, down-to-earth, welcoming, and fun. Thanks to them both, it was well worth the trip! Elodie

The Oise River area is great for cycling, which was another highlight of this bed and breakfast. We stayed at Le Bocage for two days and were thoroughly spoiled by the hosts' warm welcome and delicious meals. Everything was made with care and with ingredients of impeccable quality.

We especially loved the imaginative food at Bocage Sorbais, traditional French dishes with an exotic touch. The pickled zucchini, butter bean purée, rabbit terrine, and homemade smoked salmon were all favorites. Geny and I stayed for two lovely evenings, and Paul and Marie-Hélène also shared travel stories. I went straight to their blog to look at the photos. Thanks for the warm welcome and for sharing your recipes and ideas. We'd happily come back.

The night was quiet and everything was very clean. Two chefs in the kitchen make for food other guests are right to call exotic or unique, and the trip is well worth it. Marie Hélène and Paul gave us a warm welcome and useful tips about things to see in the region, from fortified churches, greenways, and hiking trails to the valley that absorbs floodwaters.
