One receptionist was lovely, but I felt uncomfortable for my whole stay and wish I'd booked elsewhere. The entrance was hard to find, especially without a car. The toilets were repeatedly dirty and the floors stayed wet; there was nowhere to wash your hands and no soap, so I had to use the shower or take its soap back to my room, which had none either. The walls were paper-thin, and people from other rooms tried the keypad and my door at all hours, day and night.

The receptionist was nice, and the price is low, but that doesn't excuse the cleaning. It looks clean at first, then the details say otherwise. The room smelled of cheap perfume and didn't feel fresh. There was hair in the bedding, which didn't seem properly washed, and awful mold on the air conditioning unit. There was dirt under the bed and on the floor too.

The room's toilet and shower were out in the hallway, something the booking never mentioned, and there were no towels or soap. Staff said we'd have to pay extra for those. The first room we got was still occupied, with someone's belongings inside. The replacement was on the ground floor with a tiny window facing the smoking area, so there was almost no privacy. It's cheap, but for the same money there are much better options nearby. Not a good look for Accor Hotels.

A simple, practical, comfortable place for school trips, with nice and helpful staff. International visitors who don't speak French may find things a little more challenging.
