Kyriad Rouen Sud - Sotteville Les Rouen

We were tired and only booked about 2 hours before arriving, so I wasn't expecting much from this stop on our way through France. It turned out to be a really nice surprise. The rooms were roomy and very clean, with comfortable beds and good-sized bathrooms. We all slept well, even our two fussy teenagers felt at ease. Breakfast had lots of choices and was good, and the staff were very polite. We'd happily stay here again on our next trip to france.

We had a great stop on the way to Calais, with secure parking and friendly, helpful staff. Our room was clean, quiet and nicely presented, with air conditioning and a spacious shower in a modern bathroom. The hotel is across from a supermarket on a very busy main road. For dinner without driving, the only option was a huge all-you-can-eat Chinese restaurant, but it had an amazing range of food.

The room was small, but stylish and beautifully clean, with useful little things like a hairdryer, cotton rounds and cotton tips. The bed was comfortable, and the continental buffet breakfast was nice, though the machine coffee wasn't great. There's no bar or alcohol, just water and soft drinks for sale, and the road outside is busy. Friendly, efficient staff, and for the comfort, cleanliness and price, I'd definitely come back.

Small rooms, but small is beautiful here. The place was very reasonably priced and spotlessly clean, and the lighting and beds were the best we've had so far on our trip. If you're staying her, try the Chinese restaurant next door. It's amazing and cheap.
