The room was clean, and we really enjoyed the jacuzzi. But as people who often stay in bed and breakfasts, we’ve never had such an unfriendly reception. The owner didn’t introduce himself when we arrived and gave us a quick tour without explaining anything. We were meant to have a packed lunch that evening, but when we asked, he just said nothing had been prepared and showed no concern. At breakfast, after we sat down, he simply told us that “everything was visible”!!! We only met the owner’s wife on our departure day, when we paid. We can’t understand the very positive reviews we read while searching and booking. It’s a shame, because we’d expected more warmth and connection.

Breakfast was very good, and the evening meal was delicious. Thanks to the cook. The room was perfect, and we found the common room very pleasant too. It’s a quiet little village, and everything was just right. We’ll come back another time to enjoy the jacuzzi, which was closed in December. I highly recommend this guesthouse.

After one of the many walks nearby, the pool and jacuzzi are a lovely treat. It’s a characterful old house, with excellent food and very friendly, attentive owners. The cook makes an effort to accommodate guests’ allergies. Highly recommended. François

The breakfast was really complete, just right for anyone who loves a good morning meal. Our weekend at this B&B was perfect, from the welcome and room to the meals and services. Nothing to complain about. I’d highly recommend it for time with family, friends, or a partner.
