The location is good, close to the beach and several restaurants. The towels were fine and so was the view. I needed somewhere to sleep for two nights, and in that respect I got what I needed. Still, at 51 euros a night for two nights, I didn't feel the stay was worth it. The rooms weren't completely awful, and the bed was sleepable. But I found a hair while moving the blankets, and there was dust and feathers under the bed. The manager didn't write down any of my documents, something I've always seen managers do before. The staff were in a rush and treated customers like a product. I know that's how it can be, but I felt it very strongly.

The frites were really good, but they couldn't make up for the mussels. Our dish was mostly empty and broken shells, unlike anything I've seen before. We were seated way off from the service area, under some shop mannequins. Sorry, Neptune, we won't be back. Not good!

There was nobody around at night or in the morning to deal with anything. The rooms were cold, the floors and bathroom dirty, and the linen was torn and in bad condition. The shower was blocked, and the bathroom sink had no cold water connection. The beds felt flimsy, with a lot of dust in the corners. There were still dry balls of toilet paper stuck on the ceiling and walls from previous guests playing around.

I enjoyed the mussels and burgers, and the service was great. It was nice sitting right by the main road and watching people go by.
