The rooms are spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The hosts were very kind, and you can tell they put a lot of effort into designing the house in an English-home way. From the edge balcony/zone, we enjoyed drinks or food with a wonderful view over the whole valley. There's a parking lot right by the house. The road up is a bit narrow and abrupt, but it's OK.

After busy days visiting towns and beaches, it was lovely to return to the peace and beauty of Villa Juli in the hills above the Riviera. We had an amazing week there this summer and would highly recommend this guesthouse to anyone visiting the region. The rooms were impeccable, the amenities great, including a full kitchen for guests, and breakfast was delicious, with local ingredients and great coffee. The view is magnificent, and the extra parking makes things easier. What we'll remember most, though, is the company of the owners and other guests. Niklas and Lisa and their girls are great hosts, and have worked hard to create a place where people can easily enjoy each other's company in lovely surroundings. We'll definitely be back. Thanks for a great week!

I loved the familiar feel of the place. Niclas and Lisa were really nice, and the room was beautiful with amazing beds. I'd never slept for ten hours before! Breakfast was perfect, and the view over the neighborhood was astonishing.

The hosts were quite nice and generous, and the room was big, romantic, cozy, and beautifully designed, with a spectacular Provence view from the balcony. But getting to the rooms is a serious problem: the access road is narrow, there is no parking beside the rooms, and you have to leave the car about a 10 minute walk away. For the expensive price, the inconvenience doesn't feel justified.

We came in the low season at the end of september and couldn't have been happier. The owners and staff were amazing, the breakfast was stellar, and our room, “Pigalle,” was extraordinary. Its bathroom may be the best hotel bathroom I've ever seen! The staff also gave us great recommendations for places nearby. We visited Grasse and the small, picturesque town on Cabris, only a five minute drive from Villa Juli, which is a good tip if you want to see a cute little French village. If you're in the south of France, you have to stay here!
