For a one-day visit, this place might be okay, but I wouldn’t stay longer than a night. The photos are deceptive. We rented apartment 3G for three days, two adults and two kids, and it was really small, on the third floor of a house. The stairs are creepy, and you could easily fall if you don’t hold on. There’s an open kitchen, dining area, living room, and one bedroom. The bedroom was a good size, but the living area was quite small. Everything was crooked, too. We couldn’t sit comfortably at the table without sliding off our chairs, no exaggeration. The toilet and shower were both small. With four people, you’d need to set aside a couple of hours for showers: once the hot water runs out, it takes hours to heat back up. The kitchen was well equipped for preparing a normal meal, and there’s a supermarket around the corner. There’s also a dishwasher.

The location is very good, but the listing photos are misleading. We found wet sheets in the wardrobe, washed but put away before they’d dried, so we dried and used them. The floor was dusty and hadn’t been cleaned.

We had a great experience as a family of two adults and three children, staying for three days. The apartment is in a very good area of Strasbourg, with several dining options nearby. The kitchen was fully equipped with appliances, and there was a washer-dryer. The bedroom was spacious and comfortable, with a nice mattress. The living room was relatively small, but fine for the price and the short time we spent there. The only drawback, if you can call it that, was the third-floor location with no elevator. Ali, the guy who greeted us, helped with our luggage and was friendly and happy to answer all our questions. I highly recommend it.

The location is excellent, but the service was terrible. We reported that the coffee maker and the radiator in one of the lounges weren’t working, and nothing was repaired. The access stairs are very dangerous, and the cleaning was mediocre.
