Comfort Hotel Strasbourg Montagne Verte

The staff were great, and being so close to the city center made everything easy. I spent four nights here and really enjoyed my stay. If I make it back to Strasbourg, I’d choose this place again. Greetings from Bremen, Germany.

The breakfast and the location were the best parts for us. The hotel is right by a tram stop, and the day passes are affordable. Trams came quickly, we never waited more than two minutes. On-site parking was also handy. We paid around 600-700 euros for three nights, which felt very expensive. The Christmas market had pushed prices for this two-star hotel way up. Our room and bathroom were both tiny, and the bathroom had very few amenities. With two people, using it felt cramped. Cleaning was poor: there were hairs on the blankets from previous guests, and hairs still on the floor after the daily room cleaning. There was no charging outlet by the right-hand bedside. For a two-star room, the small size was understandable, but the cleanliness was not.

We liked the neighborhood, and the tram stop was fairly close. Walking to the center took us about 25-30 minutes. Check-in and checkout were easy, and the rooms were clean, though ours was a little cold. We could probably have done something about that, but our stay was short, so we left it alone. We were happy here and would come back :)

The rooms were clean, parking was available, and everyone on staff was friendly. Breakfast felt cozy with classical music playing, and the food was tasty and high quality. We were lucky to get a good price for the quality. A wonderful place to stay.
