Hilton Strasbourg

The room was very clean, and the bed was one of the softer Hilton beds I've had in Europe. I worried at first that this Hilton was a bit far from the train station, but getting there turned out to be easy. Trams run frequently, and the trip takes about 20 minutes including the walk. I'd stay here again if I return to Strasbourg.

The executive lounge food was exceptionally good, and the customer service at the Strausbourg Hilton really stood out. Francios deserves a personal thank you for the outstanding service, and Therrie for the inventive, delicious food in the lounge. Our room and bed were immaculate, clean, spacious, and welcoming. The hotel is elegant and well situated. It does feel a little older, but that wasn't a problem for us. I imagine Hilton may renovate it in a few years and raise the prices a lot. We were very happy with our stay and give the hotel our highest recommendation.

We love coming back to this Hilton. The rooms are spacious, and the air conditioning works well. You can open the windows too if you'd rather have fresh air. Hilton Diamond members can use the executive lounge. On our last visit I forgot my MacBook Air in the safe and didn't realize until a week later, postpartum brain. They found it for me, thank you so much!

It was our first time at this hotel and in the city, and the front desk ladies helped make the visit enjoyable. They were kind and helpful, gave us good food recommendations, and helped us get to the train for downtown. A very nice hotel.
