The room was comfortable and clean, though our window looked into the middle of the building complex, with no view. There are good restaurants and a supermarket nearby. Getting around by public transport was okay, but the stations could be closer. The T2 tram is about a 10-minute walk. They also charged an extra 10€ per person per night in city tax. I’m not sure whether that’s the case at all Paris hotels.

We never stayed, and they still refused to cancel. Early check-in had been offered to us twice, but when we arrived, they wouldn’t let us in early, even though we were willing to pay in euros as discussed. We were freezing, with our legs turning blue, and just wanted to change clothes. The staff were extremely rude and wouldn’t help. They even called me a liar, despite there being a witness. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

I booked 22 nonrefundable nights through a third-party site, then realized after a few nights that the hotel was too far from where I needed to work, about an hour by public transit, and too noisy. I asked whether the unused nights could be put toward a future stay, even one a few weeks later for a friend who was visiting. After a lot of back and forth with the director, the hotel couldn’t offer any flexibility. I checked out after 5 nights and lost the other 17. The room itself was somewhat clean, but the first-floor room faced ongoing construction and was very noisy on weekdays. Check-in felt rushed. The girl at reception gave me a room number and Wi-Fi details, but didn’t tell me housekeeping was only provided once every 8 days for stays longer than 8 days. Clearer information at the start would’ve helped.

We liked the hotel and its accommodations enough to keep it in mind for our next Paris trip. The in-hotel parking was a real plus. It’s in a quiet community, with plenty of local restaurants within walking distance. The tram stop is about three blocks away, with connections to La Defense and then the Paris Metro.
