Novotel Paris Suresnes Longchamp

The view from the top floor over La Defense and Eiffel is amazing. I first stayed here for work and liked it enough to return with my family. The rooms are comfortable and everything feels new. Breakfast was perfect, and the staff were so kind. A special thanks to the night shift team, Romain and Ranou, for being so lovely to my family.

Breakfast was outstanding, with great variety and quality, and the rooms were comfortable and well kept. Most of the hotel was excellent, but our encounter at reception was very disappointing. We arrived in the morning after a long international flight and asked about checking in and the city tax. The receptionist was impatient, rude, and spoke in an arrogant, irritating way instead of explaining things clearly or politely. We felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. Front desk staff at a hotel of this standard shouldn’t treat guests like that. Reception needs serious improvement.

The neighborhood is great, and you can walk into downtown Suresnes, where there are lots of good restaurants. The hotel itself feels cozy and pleasant. The rooms are nice, and breakfast is amazing with plenty on offer.

The way this hotel treated me was among the worst I’ve experienced as a customer. I’m a loyal, regular guest, but instead of feeling supported, I was left feeling punished and unwilling to book there again. I had made a reservation, then my mother passed away the next day. Even in those circumstances, they wouldn’t make an exception or show compassion. When I called, a representative told me, “Next time you should book a flexible reservation so you don’t lose your money,” then hung up on me. It was incredibly insensitive and rude. The management felt extremely unprofessional and showed no understanding or respect for what guests might be going through.
