The bedding was really good, and the place was clean and modern, with a desk if you need to work. My first night midweek was noisy, but the rest of the week was quiet. The street gets busy, though it calms down in the evening and overnight, so I didn't need the earplugs the owner had left. Thanks for the stay.

We won our case, which showed we were acting in good faith. After our one-night stay, we were asked to pay and compensate the property for "cleaning fees" under a supposedly official policy that wasn't on the booking platform. There was no official checkout inspection either, so the post-stay process needs work. The place was noisy, with traffic outside and even the sound of neighbors plugging in their phones. I don't recommend it.

The apartment was really nice and clean, no complaints there. The traffic outside was extremely heavy and made it hard to sleep. Then, unlucky for us, there was a lot of noise from the next suite from 3 a.m. to 8 a.m. The soundproofing needs attention. I could even hear them urinating. I barely got three hours of sleep. What a shame.

The landlord was incredibly kind, and this lovely little one-bedroom apartment was clean. A really superb place. I'd highly recommend it.
