We had a lovely time getting to know Bruno and Francoise and hearing about the town and their home. The hosts were kind and gave us tips for day trips and restaurants, and breakfast was a great start to the day, especially the homemade jams and yogurt. The room was great, and the house and grounds are charming and well kept, with stunning nature and scenic views. Tarare's center is about a 20-minute walk or 5-minute drive. There are lovely small villages to explore within an hour by car, and Lyon is about 45 minutes away. Thanks for a great stay and trip. All the best, Sean & Lauren.

On a motorcycle tour to Portugal, I was lucky to find this delightful place for an overnight stop. The garden room was so comfortable, and I really enjoyed the peace and quiet. Just wish I could have stayed more than one night. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our short stay. The rooms are comfortable and have stylish interiors, and breakfast was delicious with regional food. The pool was awesome, warm at 30 degrees, too. Nice place to visit!

Even in winter, it's a charming place. The owners were welcoming and accommodating, and breakfast was delicious. Just look at that view this morning 🤩

The atmosphere is outstanding, and the owner was friendly. Such a charming, romantic place, with service that's easily the best part. I'd give it 10 points if Google let me. Highly recommended!
