My room opened onto the breakfast area, with the tables only about 5 meters from the windows, so there was no privacy in the morning. You could hear the TV blaring into the courtyard in the evening, and breakfast activity started early right outside. The room was so hot and stuffy that keeping the windows closed wasn't really an option. Maybe the rooms at the front are different, but avoid the ones at the back. Not a place for a quiet evening or morning.

The bed was wide and the room was nice, and breakfast was extremely good. The hostess is friendly, though her manner may take a little getting used to.

The first-floor room at La Rihale was poorly insulated, and the bed was much too firm. We didn't get much of a welcome or information about the place. Breakfast was mostly prepared in advance, which felt disappointing given the regional products available. The rooms around the breakfast area also make it hard to have a quiet evening or sleep in.

Breakfast was included, but we had to pay for it even though we left before it was served at 8:30 AM. The owner said the hours were listed on Booking.com, but they weren't. The room also lacked what the Booking.com description said it would have. When I raised that with the owner, she called me a liar. I showed her the listing, and she still didn't apologize, instead saying Booking.com had invented amenities such as a "coffee machine" in the room and parking. The parking was actually a public angled parking lot on the street in front, and there were no free spaces. The welcome was appalling. Absolutely avoid this place.

We stayed in the family room, which has 2 bedrooms and works really well for families with young children. It was spotlessly clean and smelled of lavender when we arrived. The building is beautiful, in a charming, quiet little village. Breakfast was pleasant, and the bread and pastries were very good.
