For an affordable overnight stop while travelling, this place worked well. The rooms are basic but clean, and the staff were friendly, doing their best within the rules to make guests happy. It's a motel-style franchise. Rooms facing the nearby road do get a little noise.

The location is the only real plus. The rooms are old and small, still smell of stale smoke, and have a lot of broken things. Staff were okay, but not very welcoming. It feels like somewhere to stay while passing through.

The room was spacious and clean, and all the staff were genuinely friendly and attentive. I needed somewhere for one night because of an emergency while travelling, and this was a nice place to stay.

I stayed here again on this trip after first stopping 15 years ago. It feels a bit run down now. The previous guest in my room had smoked, and my clothes smelled the next day.

A good place to stop overnight, with clean rooms and a nice dinner on the terrace.
