Breakfast on the terrace, looking out over the Plomb du Midi, was pure bliss 🤩. The meals and picnic were perfect, too. Thanks to Marie and Jacques for looking after us so well. This weekend will stay with me for a long time, and getting back to real life this morning was tough.
The whole group loved the meal, and sharing it together made the event feel really convivial. We arranged a team-building gathering for around forty people, and Marie and Jacques gave us a superb welcome. The grounds are beautifully maintained, the beds are comfortable, and the location is magical, with a breathtaking view. We also appreciated the fully equipped dance hall. It was perfect for an evening where we didn't have to worry about disturbing the neighbors. Thanks to everyone at the farm!
The food alone is worth the trip, and the innkeepers are so friendly. The rooms are basic but comfortable. Humidity control could be better. Still, don't hesitate to stop in.
Marie and Jacques are incredibly kind, and the setting is fantastic. The rooms are clean and pleasant, with plenty of space between them around the property. The local ingredients really shine in the incredible cooking. I hadn't expected to find such a charming place. There are also a range of excellent workshops, led by instructors whose expertise matches the calm of this timeless spot.
The food was delicious, and the welcome was warm. It's a beautiful spot in an ideal location for a stop on the GR400, and I sincerely recommend it. The only snag for us was that dance groups also stay here, and their schedule didn't match ours. They came back late, at 2 a.m., and woke us up a bit.
