The owners were welcoming and attentive, and small dogs are accepted. There’s a Nordic bath for an extra charge, breakfast on Saturdays and Sundays only at €19 per person and €7 for children under 8, and a local menu (€28 per person). We stayed in the Pierre cottage in August 2025, a lovely place surrounded by nature with mountain views and chickens, a rooster, rabbits, and donkeys. Inside, it was very clean and well equipped, including a dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, coffee maker, and television. Upstairs are two bedrooms: one has a double bed, while the other has a double bed, two single beds (90x190 cm), and wardrobes. Outside there’s a small playhouse for children, a trampoline and other outdoor games, plus deck chairs and a barbecue. Lake Coiselet, the Carbone de Boeuf mountain, and Lake Vouglans are nearby, and the cottage is on the border of the Ain department.

That Nordic bath was amazing, and the hosts were great. The welcome was superb and the meal incredible. I’d happily come back and highly recommend it.

The Nordic bath area is really great, I’d definitely do it again! The cottages are very clean, and the owners are so welcoming. It’s a beautiful natural setting, with a hiking trail starting right at the foot of the gîte.

The hosts were really friendly and welcoming, and with advance booking you can join baking workshops just a few steps from the gîte. It’s a beautiful, peaceful place surrounded by nature, ideal if you enjoy hiking. I highly recommend it!
