Chalets du Fraizier

The owner was helpful whenever we needed anything, quick to respond and discreet. The chalet is easy to get to, with a picture-perfect outlook, and it had all the comforts we needed: three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a terrace, jacuzzi, loungers, washer and dryer, plus raclette and fondue sets. This was our fourth time at Chalet Écureuil, and we’ll be back again. It’s welcoming, comfortable, thoughtfully arranged and well equipped, with a breathtaking view. The owners are friendly and responsive. Its location works brilliantly for mountain outings, while also putting you right by magnificent Lake Annecy. 😊

We liked the cottage enough to return: after staying in June 2024, we came back at the end of January 2026 and were just as pleased. It gets lovely sun, and the place is spacious and practical. Sylvain is welcoming and available, but also respects your privacy.

Le Dahu gave us a wonderful week in the mountains, with time to relax, a spa and lovely views. For skiing, the free shuttle stop is just 10 meters from the apartment and takes you up to Col du Merdassier, where the skiing and ski area are fantastic. Sylvain is on hand with help and advice.
