Logis Hôtel Arc en Ciel

The buffet breakfast was excellent, and they can make cooked eggs if you ask. The hotel is clean, friendly, and helpful, with free parking and an easy walk to the station at Thonon les Bains. A great choice for families.

After a long, hot day of travel, the pool was a lovely way to cool off. The staff were welcoming, the room was clean and spacious, and the restaurant could accommodate vegans. It’s especially handy for the train station, and you can take an easy bus down to the lake for a swim. There are also plenty of places within walking distance. I’d definitely stay again.

We were only there for two nights, so we didn’t get to use the pool, though it looked very clean and inviting. The breakfast had a generous range of options, and our second-floor superior (privilege) room was a good size, with a lovely balcony and views over the mountains, gardens, and pool. The bathroom was modern, with nice tile. My daughter and I felt welcome from the start. The staff always greeted us with a smile, whether we were heading out or coming back. Hotel Arc en Ciel (Rainbow) is above the town, with a supermarket, the train, and the town center just a few minutes’ walk away. The area felt safe and friendly during the day, and quiet at night. We really enjoyed our stay.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, and breakfast was nice. There’s also a pool and a tiny gym if you want to get a little workout in while you’re away from your usual gym. The rooms are spacious and super clean, and the bathroom is amazingly nice. They look like they’ve been refurbished recently. There’s no air conditioning, but we still slept well in the middle of summer. Really can’t complain. This deserves at least a four-star rating :-)
