The owner was caring, helpful, and really nice, exactly the sort of person you’d hope to meet at a hotel. We were in Thueyts with the kids and stayed in a clean, fresh family room. The hotel sits right in the heart of this beautiful Ardèche town. We’ll definitely come back next year.

The view was wonderful, and the hotel is in a peaceful spot close to the center. I slept well in a very comfortable bed. Our room was clean, spacious, newly renovated, and had everything we needed, including a 50-inch TV with Netflix, air conditioning, a terrace, and blinds we could control. The bathroom was modern, and the soap and hand disinfectant smelled nice. Hot water was available, and parking was free. Breakfast had baguette, different cheeses, cereal, fresh fruit, yogurt, and more. Emilien, the receptionist and manager, was friendly and helpful. He spoke English easily and made sure we had everything we needed. The two other women on staff were also very friendly. Everyone said Bonjour, which made me feel welcome. The hotel owner is lucky to have them. We stayed four nights with my partner and our dog. A couple of things to consider: room 32 has the best view, so better terrace chairs and a table would be nice, along with faster internet.

Our room at the back was lovely and quiet. The hotel looks freshly decorated, and the staff were friendly. The young man at reception was a great help when we arrived. Breakfast was good too.

Our apartment hotel room was huge and had everything we needed. Emilien was kind and very helpful, and pointed us toward some great restaurants and activities. Breakfast was simple, but all the food was fresh, a perfect start to the day. We had a wonderful time and hope to return.

The room was clean, quiet, and really good, with a little kitchen. The staff were very pleasant, and we liked the place enough to book an extra night as soon as we arrived.
