The main problem is the four-star rating. This place doesn't meet that standard: there's barely any communal space, no proper bar area, and the small restaurant either can't or won't serve its own guests. Outside your room, there's nowhere to spend time. We ended up eating takeaway in that awful room again. I strongly suggest giving this hotel a wide berth if you want a relaxing holiday. It's tired, the staff seem not to care, and it feels like taking your money is all that matters. A thoroughly awful stay, and we would have left straight away if we could. I wouldn't recommend it. We only booked because the Portes du Soleil area was so full and this was the closest place with availability. We were put in room 20, an awful family room that was too small. Its only window, around 80cm square, looks over a roof towards the side of an apartment block. Other rooms have patio doors and normal windows, so maybe we just had very bad luck. On arrival, we were told the bar and restaurant were closed. When we asked where we could eat, we were told there was nowhere, so we got takeaway for our room, which was far from ideal. On the second night, we'd discussed a table for 7pm, but there was nothing in the book and they were full. When we asked if there was any food, a young woman acted like she really didn't care and said no. There was no bar service or interest in helping us, and she disappeared instead of dealing with the situation. We tried everywhere but couldn't find anywhere decent to eat in the local town. The reviews for the places nearby were shocking. The hotel could at least give guests a list of decent local restaurants, but that seems to fit the general pattern here. I wish star ratings were reviewed more often. This hotel has no chance of keeping a four-star rating.

Definitely not a four-star restaurant. The food had no taste at all. It was the worst vegetarian meal I've ever had. Thank goodness they served baguette 🥖, that was my dinner.

The view in front of the hotel is incredibly beautiful. The rooms are nice, and the staff are friendly.

A nice, clean hotel with wooden interior design. Breakfast and dinner are good, and served at the hotel.
