The technician saved my ski holiday. I came to the shop today with a broken ski boot ski mode lever screw and couldn’t carry on. He quickly took out the broken screw and gave me two replacements, so I can get back on my skis tomorrow. He didn’t charge me at all. Big thank you.
They understood what I was looking for: a visor helmet that would work in low light because an inner ear issue makes me nauseous when I can’t see clearly in those conditions. Great service.
