The room was far too hot, which was my only complaint. The location is great for skiing in and out, and the view from the room was amazing. There's a lovely spa, plus good amenities including the restaurant downstairs and self-catered apartments.

The staff were warm and polite, and a special thank you to " Stefanie " German Girl in the F&B area, who was so kind and pleasant with guests. We had a very pleasant week of skiing. The bedroom was small, but the bathroom was clean and nicely presented.

We were grateful to Montagnettes for changing our booking when two people couldn't come because of an accident a few weeks before the holiday. The staff were lovely and helped with every question, doubt, or need we had. We booked an apartment that was comfortable, cozy, and quiet, and the hotel met our expectations for our week in Tignes. There was a door straight out to the slopes, and the ski room was great, clean and heated. Every morning our boots and skis were ready for the mountain. We'll be back next year!

It's spacious and modern, a big step up from the old, dated accommodation that's common at French ski resorts. One thing to improve: the boot-up area gets far too hot, and it needs hooks for jackets and helmets while you're getting ready. Otherwise, perfect!
