The caravan was unbearably hot, with no mosquito nets, and had a really unpleasant smell. The shower was filthy, with cobwebs, and the dishes were dirty too. Photos of the cleanliness are available. The booking site photos were misleading, and the address was so unclear that we couldn't even find the caravan on Maps. We booked on our way back from our holiday and weren't told to bring sheets and duvets. The next day, the owner sent a link saying the bedding package cost €45. It covered one double bed and two single beds, though there were only two of us and we didn't use it all. That seems excessive, and the cost and package should have been explained before booking and adjusted accordingly. We could only reach the owner by phone. We assume he lives next door, since it felt like we were being watched. He told us to put €45 in a box above the electrical panel, then texted us the number to open the trunk under the bed where the sheets and duvets were kept. We felt taken for fools.
